Have you just made a purchase in the WIP store and it has been refused? There may be several reasons for this refusal:

1. The number of points required to obtain the product is not sufficient.
2. You have collected points following suspicious purchases.
3. You have violated the General Conditions of Use.
4. If you think that the above does not apply, you can send a request to our Customer Service along with supporting documents of the purchases corresponding to the allocation of your points.
