Why does my Cashback status say “pending”?
You have activated your Cashback and paid for your purchases. You should receive an email from Widilo informing you of your Cashback’s registration, and the “pending” status. This status is provisional but mandatory. This status allows the retailer a bit of time to verify the order and check the conditions (returns, partial returns, adjusted order, etc…) We have no control over the confirmation delay of your order. Please know that we do not receive a commision until it has been verified by the retailer. So neither will you.
