I still haven’t received my bonus, why?
Recommended someone who subscribed but you still haven’t received your bonus? This could be because your sponsored member has not yet activated Cashback for an online purchase. In order to receive your referral bonus, your family member or friend must first receive at least 1 confirmed Cashback. Without this, your referral bonus will be pending. If your sponsored member has completed his or her 1st confirmed Cashback but you have not received your referral bonus, please contact customer service via this form.
