Gift card Mango

If you haven't received our email confirming your gift card order and it's not available in your account under My gift cards, you can contact us using the Customer Service form under the Gift card section.

There are two possibilities:
1. The gift card is available immediately after purchase
2. The gift card becomes available a few hours after purchase
In the second case, this will be noted in the gift card's terms and conditions. You will also receive an email confirming that your order has been processed, followed by another email when your Mango gift card is available in your account under My gift cards.

To find out the validity date of your Mango gift card, you need to select the value of your voucher. We will then provide the expiration date in the format MM/DD/YYYY. You can also find the expiration date directly on the gift card itself, which you can download from your account under My gift cards.
