Why does my cashback status say “declined”?
Have you received an e-mail notifying you of this bad news? We're sorry, but if your cashback does not meet the cashback conditions, our partner has "refused" the cashback. There can several reasons for this refusal:
- A return or exchange of your complete, or part of, your order
- Non payment of your order
- Use of a promo code not provided by Widilo
- Use of a gift card or gift certificate
- Simultaneously navigating other sites whilst placing your order (promo code websites, other cashback websites, etc…)
- Use of the retailer’s sponsorship system
If you feel that your cashback should not be refused, please contact our customer support team who will be happy to assist you.
