Why isn’t my cashback appearing on my account?
Your cashback can be registered up to 48 hours after you place your order with the merchant via Widilo.
After the 48-hour deadline, there are several reasons why your transaction may not appear:
- You didn’t click the "Get cashback” button before your purchase;
- You were not signed into Widilo when you activated your cashback;
- Your search engine blocked the cookies or you used an extension such as AdBlock;
- You simultaneously navigated on other sites;
- You used a promo code not provided by Widilo;
- You finalised your order over the phone.
If you feel that you have complied with the cashback conditions but your cashback has not been recorded, please contact our Support team who will be happy to assist you.
🚨‼️ Due to frequent abuse, each request is subject to strict verification with the merchant. If we detect that the above conditions have not been met, the claim will be treated as an attempted fraud, your account will be suspended, and your cashback balance will be lost.
