Why does my cashback status say “pending”? / The amount is wrong

You have just activated a cashback and finalized your purchases. You have received an email from Widilo, informing you that your cashback is "pending". This status is temporary. This time period allows the merchant to check that the conditions for obtaining cashback on your order have been met. For example, it allows them to check that no complete return or partial return of your order has been made, that the payment method used matches the criteria, etc... Validation times vary from 30 to 90 days, depending on the merchant. In certain special cases (travel, rentals, holidays, etc.) this period may extend to 90 days after the end of your reservation. The average validation time is indicated on the merchant's page. However, this time is given as an indication and we cannot guarantee at any time that it will be respected by the store. We have no control over the validation time of your order. Please note that we do not receive any commission on your order until it has been validated by the merchant.

How is cashback calculated?

Cashback is calculated on the total amount of the order placed by the Widilo member, excluding taxes (VAT), delivery costs and discounts on the partner merchant's site. After acknowledging this information, if you think a mistake has been made in the cashback's calculation, please do not hesitate to contact our Support team who will be happy to assist you.
