I cannot confirm the withdrawal of my earnings

How do I get my welcome bonus?

Can't confirm your earnings withdrawal request? Here are the most common cases:

  • Please check your junk mail to validate your withdrawal on your payment confirmation e-mail, by clicking on the button in the e-mail "I validate my withdrawal".

  • You have tried to withdraw your earnings using the same IBAN as a second Widilo account: for security reasons, it is important to use a different IBAN. A withdrawal request cannot be processed using the same IBAN as another account.

An error message appears when you click on the link in the payment confirmation e-mail?

Please log out , then log back in to your account. You can then send the payment confirmation e-mail to yourself again and click on the link in the most recent e-mail: this should now work.
