Why am I being asked for proof of my purchases?

In an attempt to eliminate potential cases of fraud, in some cases we may ask that you show us proof of your purchase before obtaining cashback, as well as proof of payment. This will allow us to validate your earnings and/or payment as soon as possible. Proof of purchase may be:

  1. Proof of order, purchase, or delivery
  2. A copy of the invoice corresponding to your purchase
  3. A photocopy of a valid ID
